About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the revenue strategy for its diverse commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and unifying revenue strategy across various business lines, including auctions, software, services, asset management, and recurring revenue products. This role is pivotal in building a modern revenue engine, expanding enterprise relationships, and driving growth across strategic accounts. The CRO will also be tasked with scaling the revenue organization, strengthening the sales process, and representing the company with major customers and industry groups. A hands-on, entrepreneurial operating style, and a strong understanding of enterprise deal cycles and sales operations are essential. Ideal candidates for the CRO position at the company will have a proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise sales and a background in scaling revenue within complex B2B environments. Experience in agriculture, equipment, dealerships, AgTech, marketplaces, or similar industries is highly valued. The role requires a leader with high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a low ego, who is adept at modernizing processes and systems while maintaining a relationship-driven, team-first culture. The CRO will be expected to partner closely with the CEO and other leaders to align go-to-market strategies with growth goals, and to identify new revenue lines across various services.
