This is not a general assembly job.
We build high-performance fiber laser systems that require precision, focus, and care. This is not a general assembly role our work involves detailed, hands-on tasks where accuracy matters.
Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as precision assembly, technical manufacturing, or working with delicate components. Backgrounds in optics, lasers, fiber optics, or similar technologies are a strong plus, but not required for the right person with the right mindset.

Experience with fiber optics, splicing, or photonics systems is highly valued and will be reflected in compensation.
This is a hands-on technical role based in Tucson, AZ, working on advanced laser systems used across a range of high-end applications.
We’re a growing company where the right person can develop their skills and become an important part of the team not just fill a position. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with higher pay available for candidates with relevant technical backgrounds.
